JewelOps ("we", "our", or "the app") is a cloud-based jewelry order management application. Your data is
centralized and securely accessible across multiple devices and by multiple users within your organization. This
Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Phone number and authentication credentials used to sign in securely.
- Order Data: Jewelry order details including descriptions, categories, custom fields, status
history, and delivery dates that you create within the app.
- Client Information: Client names, phone numbers, and addresses that you enter for order
management.
- Photos: Images you upload for orders are stored securely in the cloud.
- Contacts (Optional): If you grant permission, the app can access your device contacts to
help import client information. Contact data is only used locally and is not uploaded to our servers unless
you explicitly add a contact as a client.

- To provide and maintain the order management service
- To authenticate your identity and manage your subscription
- To store and retrieve your orders, clients, and business data
- To display order images you have uploaded
- To enable role-based access control for your team members

- User authentication is managed through industry-standard identity services with encrypted
token-based sessions.
- Order data is stored in encrypted cloud databases with encryption at rest.
- Images are stored with server-side encryption.
- All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
- Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using the platform's secure storage.
- Your data is centralized — accessible from any device by authorized users in your
organization.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your business data
(orders, clients, images) is only accessible to authenticated users within your organization based on assigned
roles.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account and subscription are active. You may request deletion of your data
by contacting our support team.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the app
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Revoke contacts permission at any time through your device settings
7. Permissions
- Internet Access: Required for all app functionality (API communication).
- Camera/Photo Library: Used to capture or select images for orders.
- Contacts: Optional — used only to import client information if you grant permission.
8. Children's Privacy
JewelOps is a business application and is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
data from children.
